When we first meet to discuss your event and learn about the budget, we will provide guidance on what is feasible financially, whilst still delivering on your objectives. We pride ourselves on being both creative and practical, so we will adapt to your budget and recommend the best solutions for what is available. There are always options when you know where to look.

The required lead in time for your event will very much depend on the brief. Your ideal venue, size and nature of audience, preferred speakers and many other factors will have an impact on the time required to ensure successful delivery. So, if you’re thinking of planning an event, it’s better to start early than put it off. Red Harbour’s relationships with venues, speakers, AV companies and other 3rd party event suppliers can help to streamline the process, but the sooner we start developing your brief, the more successful your event will be.
