The background

A well established national children’s agency were required to run a series of high profile events across Scotland.

The challenge

The events were required to target provide a forum for the general public from the Borders to Inverness over 5 consecutive days.  With only 4 weeks to plan this posed a logistical challenge with no margin for error.

The solution

A carefully produced journey plan of 9 locations covering the length and breadth of Scotland was put in place.  A full marketing campaign was implemented to target the correct audience.

The results

A total of 573 delegates attended covering a wide geographical area which was key to the success of the events.
