The background

A leading hospitality organisation was required to provide a platform for tourism related businesses to discuss national and international issues relating to their business.

The challenge

Held annually, this one day conference, exhibition and dinner was required to build on past events and be held in an inspiring Scottish venue that had not been used previously.

The strategy

Research was carried out to reach realistic guest numbers before looking for the ideal venue.  Once the figure was reached, the creative and production of the brochure was produced and marketed to the appropriate target audience.  The registrations were then received and sponsorship requirements coordinated.

The results 

The event attracted 300 delegates to the conference and dinner along with 15 key sponsors who helped shape the event.
